- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup diced courgete
- 1 1/3 cups shell pasta ( or other pasta)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1)can brown kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cup fresh spinach
- to serve pecorino cheese and fresh basil
