.50 grams chopped chocolate
For 8 persons.250 grams flour
.1 ½ tsp baking powder
.225 grams butter
.225 grams caster sugar
How to make !
.4 eggs
.1 vanilla pod, cut in half and the seeds scraped,( optional)
1. Preheat oven to 180 C and line a 28 cm cake tin with baking sheet
2. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add the chopped chocolate and mix well with a wooden spoon.
3. mix the butter and sugar until creamy
4. Break the eggs into a small bowl and beat them together with the vanilla seeds.
5. Add the beaten eggs slowly to the butter mixture while the mixer continues to run.
6. Using a wooden spoon to add. The dry ingredients into two parts to the butter-egg mixture
7. Put the cake batter into the cake tin put it in the oven for about an hour and 25 minutes.

This a lemon and yogurt cake i made this afternoon , very tasty
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
For coating
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon water
mix all well on the heat and pour over cake `
Mix all the dry ingredients and put on the side mix the eggs with sugar,oil ,yogurt,lemon zest and juice, after add the dry ingredients and mix all very well, put in a hot oven about 45 minutes Mix the water with the sugar and pour over cake when cold. Enjoy it

red velved
for 12 red velved cupcakes
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring or 1 tablespoon of powder
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda.
Preheat oven at about 180 degreees
Sift together flour, salt, and cocoa powder into a bowl and set aside.
In a mixer mix buter, sugar, and buttermilk until combined. Add eggs, food coloring, vanilla and mix well. Add the dry ingredients a little bit at a time and mix on low, until just combined. at the end mix the vinegar with baking soda and add to the mixture, mix a bit more until combined
Line a cupcake pan with paper liners, scoop the batter into the liners and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
For the cream cheese frosting:
mix 70 gr butter with 300 gr cream cheese and add slowly 250 gr powderd sugar for about 5 minutes. . decorate as you wish.
