This a a red velved cake with italian merengue filling with stawberries , i made it for the 26 th birthday of my daughter Stephanie , tasty !

This a lemon and yogurt cake i made this afternoon , very tasty
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
For coating
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon water
mix all well on the heat and pour over cake `
Mix all the dry ingredients and put on the side mix the eggs with sugar,oil ,yogurt,lemon zest and juice, after add the dry ingredients and mix all very well, put in a hot oven about 45 minutes Mix the water with the sugar and pour over cake when cold. Enjoy it
