Delicious cupcakes made with blueberries , you can also use strawberries or other red fruit , it takes a lot of butter! that is what it makes it so tasty . enjoy it !

                                                                                               

 Here how to make them :   150 g self raising flour 150 g margarine 150g sugar 1 tbls vanilla extract 2 eggs 200 g blueberries  mix butter with sugar , add the eggs,flour at the end add the berries to the rest of  mixture , fill the cupcake forms almost full and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown .  For the icing : mix 100g cream cheese 50 g not salted butter , 200 g icing sugar , beat all and decorate as desired .
